Yes. Every workspace includes a 14-day trial with access to the full product. No credit or debit card is required to start. If you continue, you choose your plan in the portal before any charge.
Email support is available for all clubs, alongside onboarding help for imports and configuration. Larger or multi-site setups can discuss extended onboarding with the team during sales conversations.
Yes. Most clubs begin with a structured import of members and products. Tell us what you export today (CSV, another platform, etc.) and we will map fields with you so you do not lose history you still need for safeguarding or finance.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups aligned to common SaaS practice. Read the Security & GDPR page for retention, subprocessors and your responsibilities as a data controller, and the Privacy Policy for member-facing notices.
You can align member-facing flows and communications with your club identity within the product settings. Deeper white-label or custom domain requests can be discussed for multi-site organisations.
Club Sphere runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Coaches and gate volunteers can use whichever device they already carry — there is no separate install required for standard use.
